摘　　要：针对某小区别墅在基建中的变形开裂现象,基于别墅变形开裂规律,明确了开裂变形原因,探讨了具体治理方案和设计思路,通过工程实例证明了治理方案的可靠性,为今后同类工程积累了宝贵的经验。Aiming at the phenomenon of deformation and cracking of the villa in the infrastructure of one residential area,the thesis finds out the causes of cracking and deformation,and discusses the specific treatment plan and design thought based on the deformation and cracking laws of villas.The reliability of the treatment plan is proved by practical projects,which accumulates specious experience for the same kind of projects in the future.
