摘　　要：通过对绿色建筑的本质深入分析和认识,指出了我国绿色建筑开发管理中存在的问题,并对其原因进行了深刻剖析,得出了解决这些问题的途径:政府对绿色建筑要实施强制性政策和激励措施,探索适合中国国情的绿色建筑设计方案及推行绿色建筑评价体系。Through deeply analyzing and recognizing the essence of green building, the article indicates the existing problems in developing green building in our country and profoundly dissects its reasons, finally obtains the approach to solve these problems, which is that govermnent implement compulsory policies and incentive measures for green building, explore design proposals that should be appropriate for china＇ s actual condition, and carry out evaluation system for green building.
