摘　　要：为切实把握居民生活中的能耗状况,发现居民日常生活中在节能方面所存在的问题,本调查以浙江省沿海地区居民为对象进行能耗调查。调研显示,居民虽然在空调换气、热水供应、照明等方面具有一定的节能减排效果,但在一些家用电气使用过程的细节上有待提高节能意识。针对这些问题,我们提出了加大宣传力度;加强节能教育;实施节能政策;设立相关法律法规;发展、推广节能技术及应用等建议,从居民生活习惯、日常行为及思想意识着手,提高我国人民的节能减排意识。In order to truly grasp the energy consumption situation in life of residents, we found that there are energy-saving problems existing in the residents＇ daily lives. This investigation takes Zhejiang coastal area residents as the object for energy consumption survey. Survey show that though the residents have certain effect of saving energy in air conditioning ventilation, hot water supply, lighting etc.aspects, the energy saving consciousness in the details process of using some household electric should be improved. Based on these problems, we points out some advice such as intensifying propaganda, strengthening energy conservation education, implementing energy-saving policies, the establishment of relevant laws and regulations, development and promotion energy-saving technology and so on, from the residents living habits, daily behaviors and ideology to improve our people＇s awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction.
