摘 要:采用热分析、红外光谱分析了红米红在酸处理改性后的结构,并通过正丁醇水两相分配法判定红米红色素疏水性的变化。探讨了蚕丝和锦纶用改性和未改性红米红色素染色受pH值、色素用量、温度等因素的影响,比较了直接法和媒染法对蚕丝和锦纶染色色牢度的影响。实验结果表明:酸化处理红米红,矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷变成矢车菊素,疏水性增强;改性红米红色素在蚕丝和锦纶上具有更好的染色性能。改性和未改性红米红色素适宜的染色pH值均为2~4。红米红色素在蚕丝和锦纶上的摩擦牢度和变色牢度基本在4级以上;在蚕丝上的耐光牢度基本达到3级左右;在锦纶上的耐光牢度较差,基本在2级左右。前媒和后媒法处理蚕丝和锦纶均能提高织物的耐光牢度。The structure of acid-modified red rice pigment was investigated by thermal analysis and Fourier-Transform-Infrared,and N-butanol-water two-phase distribution method was used to determine the change in hydrophobicity of the modified red rice pigment as well.The influence of pH,amount of pigment,and temperature on the properties of silk and polyamide fibers dyed with red rice pigment before and after acid-modification was studied.The color fastness of red rice pigment on silk and polyamide fibers was compared between direct dyeing and mordanting.It showed that cyanidin-3-glucoside was conversed into cyanidin under acid condition,and the hydrophobicity of red rice pigment after acid treatment was enhanced.Furthermore modified red rice pigment had better dyeing properties,and suitable for dyeing silk and polyamide fibers in the range of pH 2~4.The color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of red rice pigment on silk and polyamide fibers reached grade 4 or better.The light fastness on polyamide fiber was poor,about grade 2,and on silk,about grade 3.Silk and polyamide fiber dyed with pre-mordant and post-mordant methods had better light fastness.
