摘  要:为缩短织机设计开发周期,降低开发费用和织机墙板断裂几率,基于有限元分析法,利用ANSYS软件对剑杆织机机架结构的2种有限元模型进行模态分析,并将计算结果与实验结果对比,寻求有限元对模型计算的影响。研究结果表明:剑杆织机机架有限元模型是正确的;Solid 95单元在计算织机机架模态时与实验结果更接近,但计算规模较大;在计算机容量允许的情况下,选用三维实体模型计算精度更高;如果对精度要求不高,且需提高计算速度,则可考虑使用Shell 63组合Beam 188单元划分模型。In order to shorten the design cycle of looms,reduce development costs and the fracture risk of loom′s wall,this paper used the commercial software ANSYS to analyze two kinds of finite element model of the rapier loom′s frame based on finite element method.The calculated results were compared with experimental ones so as to determine the impact of finite element on the model calculation.The results show that the finite element model of the rapier loom′s frame is correct.The calculated results of Solid 95 unit are closer to the experimental values,but a great amount of calculation is needed.If the computer′ s capacity is large enough,three-dimensional physical model calculations have higher precision.If the requirement on precision is not very high and accelerating the computing speed is desired,Shell 63 combining with Beam 188 unit classification model can be considered.
