摘  要:针对喷气织机的节能问题,回顾和总结了近十年来纺织生产企业和喷气织机制造商所采用的各项行之有效的节能措施。指出空气压缩机的变频改造节能效果明显。优化引纬工艺,选配节能性能良好的元器件是喷气织机节能的关键。织机制造商应用RTC(纬纱实时控制系统)和直接驱动织机主轴技术不失为一种节能的好措施。未来喷气织机节能的发展方向是加强气流流场分布规律研究,制造出新型节能元器件,开发人工智能专家系统,提高整机设计水平,加强生产管理,提高织造效率和实施空压机热能回收。Aiming at energy-saving of air-jet looms,this paper reviews the effective energy-saving strategies over the decade applied by textile enterprises and manufacturers of air-jet looms,pointing out that the remarkable energy-saving effect is obtained as a result of the adoption of frequency-conversion air compressors.As to energy-saving of air-jet looms,the key lies in optimizing the weft insertion process and selecting qualified components,along with application of RTC(the real-time control) system and the technology of direct driving the loom main shaft by manufacturers.The future orientation for developing the air-jet loom energy-saving is as follows: enhancing the research on the airflow-field distribution as to produce new-style components for energy-saving,exploiting the expert system of artificial intelligence,improving the level of machine design,reinforcing manufacture management,improving the weaving efficiency and putting heat-recovery in practice as well.
