摘　　要：FOX蛋白是2000年发布统一命名的一组蛋白质家族,是一种较新的蛋白质。由于其在生物信息系统中的重要作用,已经迅速成为生命科学研究中的热点。目前发现FOX蛋白对肿瘤形成、衰老、细胞增殖和代谢、免疫调节等方面均发挥重要作用。FOXO蛋白作为FOX蛋白家族中研究最为深入的一个亚家族,与肿瘤形成的关系十分密切。文中着重从FOXO蛋白参与染色体易位以及对其磷酸化、乙酰化、亚细胞定位、降解的活性调节和细胞信号传导方面简要阐述它在肿瘤形成中的作用机制。FOX proteins are newer proteins,for which unified nomenclature was issued in 2000.Because of their important roles in cellular signaling,they have been hotspots in research of life science.FOX proteins play important roles in tumorigenesis,aging,cell proliferation and metabolism,and immunoregulation.In FOX family,FOXO proteins are the widely and deeply studied subfamily,which are closely associated with tumorigenesis.In this article,we introduced the progress in research of FOXO proteins in tumorigenesis.We also described the properties of FOXO proteins in chromosome translocation,and their activities,such as phosphorylation,acetylation,subcellular localization,degradation,and cell signaling.
