摘　　要：静脉注射乳剂(intravenons emulsion,IE)作为一种重要的药物载体,已受到国内外的极大关注。它可增加难溶性药物的溶解度和注射剂的载药量,提高不稳定药物的化学稳定性,并具有缓释、靶向和降低药物毒副作用等显著特点。此外,与脂质体、微球等药物载体相比,IE易于实现工业化生产,产品的稳定性较好。文中通过查阅文献,收集和整理了近年来我国已研究的30个药物品种的IE的详细处方,并对其特点、药效和应用前景作了介绍,对今后国内研究开发IE提供参考。As an important drug carrier,intravenous emulsion（IE） has attracted much greater attention in the world.IE can increase the solubility of insoluble drugs and drug-loading amount of intravenous injections,improve the stability of instable drugs,and possess properties of sustained-release,site-targeting,and less toxic and side effects.Compared with other drug carriers such as liposome and microspheres,IE is much easier to realize industrialized scale production and its stability has been greatly improved.In order to provide a useful guidance for further study,we collected domestic research reports of 30 IE drugs in the past few years,and introduced development and production of IE in China in aspects of the formulations,characteristics,pharmacodynamics and potential application.
