摘　　要：目的:了解儿童专科医院药品的使用情况,分析用药现状和趋势。方法:对我院2006-2008年销售金额排序前20位的药品进行回顾性分析。结果:销售金额始终位于前2位的是头孢菌素类及大环内酯类抗菌药物;国产药品的销售金额占86%左右;国产头孢孟多针所占比例最大,其次为进口的阿奇霉素针;匹多莫德颗粒的销量迅速增加。结论:我院作为大型的儿童专科医院,用药结构相对固定,一些疗效肯定、安全性较高的药品在临床广泛应用,符合儿童用药特点。Objective： To investigate the use of drugs in our hospital,and to analyze the status and trends of drug use.Methods： We analyzed top 20 selling drugs in our hospital during 2006-2008.Results： The sales amount has always been in the top two： cephalosporins and macrolide antibiotics.Domestic drug sales amounted to about 86%.Domestic injection of cefamandole accounted the largest proportion,followed by imported injection of azithromycin.Pidotimod increased rapidly in the granule sales.Conclusion： The drug structure is relatively fixed in our hospital（a large children＇s hospital）;a number of effective and safe drugs are widely used,which meet the features of the child medication.
