摘　　要：本文分析了网络舆论运行过程和功能效应,诠释了网络舆论生态平衡与非平衡,探讨了网络舆论热点话题的特点。The paper makes systematic analysis of operation process and the functional effects of online public opinion, and interpretates the ecological balance of the online public opinion and non-equilibrium, and analyzes the hot topics of the characteristics of online public opinion.
