摘　　要：在探索广播电视新闻学专业人才培养模式中,以应用型人才培养理念为基础,通过多种渠道进行综合改革,建立比较完整的人才培养体系,为本专业的特色化发展探索新路。The personnel training mode of journalism on Radio and TV was comprehensively based on the concept of training applied talents; and with the systematic reform, the personnel training mode aims to establish relatively complete system of personnel training and to explore new road for characteristic development through various channels.
