摘  要:针对目前掘进工作面粉尘治理效果不佳的现状,研制了机载压缩空气泡沫除尘系统。该系统包括高压气源、高压水源、混合器、喷头、高压水管等部分。通过实验,研究确定了泡沫除尘剂的成分、气液混合器的结构、最佳曝气面积以及喷头类型。在现场进行了安装测试,结果表明全尘除尘效率达到93%,呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率达到87%,具有良好的使用效果。According to the poor status of the dust prevention and control results in the present mine roadway heading faces,a dust control system with carrier compressed air foam was developed and the system was including the high pressurized air source,high pressurized water source,mixer,nozzles,high pressurized water pipe and other parts.With the experiments,the composition of the foam duster,the structure of the air and liquid mixer,the optimum aeration area and the nozzle type were researched and determined.A installation,test and measurement was conducted at the site and the results showed that the full dust control rate could be reached at 93%,the dust control rate of the breathable dust could be reached at 87%.Thus the dust control system could have excellent application results.
