摘  要:合成了一种聚甲基丙烯酸树脂,能协同多种分散剂有效地分散彩色滤光片用颜料C.I.P.R254。在颜料浓度为15%(质量分数)时,能将颜料颗粒研磨至粒径为90nm左右,dpi仅为1.5,并且该高浓颜料液的黏度仅为5mPa.s,在室温下能稳定保存至少6个月。该树脂对DisperBYK2000、DisperBYK2001等多种分散剂都有很好的宽容性,而仅有分散剂无树脂则无法达到上述稳定的分散效果。更为重要的是,以该颜料分散液配制的颜料光阻剂具有解析度高(线宽6μm以下)、像素整齐、表面平整的特点,具备实际应用能力。A polyacrylate resin was synthesized that could be used on pigment-dispersion for color filter cooperating with dispersant.The pigment of C.I.P.R 254 was milled to well-distributed particles about 90 nm with 1.5 dpi on 15% concentration.And the dispersed-pigment solution had been much stable in low viscosity on 5 mPa·s over 6 months at room temperature.Furthermore,the resin can cooperate with many dispersants,such as DisperBYK2000,DisperBYK2001.On the other hand,it couldn't obtain the well-dispersed pigment solution using dispersant merely without the polyacrylate resin.What's the most important is that the photo resist for color filter using this dispersed-pigment solution above showed high resolution(less than 6 μm),neat edge and flat surface.
