摘　　要：循环消费的实施对于节约资源、减少废弃物排放、实现垃圾处理的资源化有着重要作用。只有做到循环消费,才能真正实现经济和社会的循环,实现人与资源和环境的协调发展。从旧货价值实现的角度提出了在我国进行循环消费的新模式,即建立政府、行业协会、企业、消费者等多方参与的高效合理的旧货流通模式,为构建和谐社会和节约社会提供借鉴意义。Circular consumption play an important role in saving resources and reducing waste emissions and optimization of waste resources.Only by circular consumption,can we truly achieve the circle of economic and social,achieve the coordinated development of people and resources and the environment.The article presents a new pattern of circular consumption from the perspective of second-hand goods value realization.The new model is a multi-party participation one which includes government,industry associations,enterprises and consumers.
