敦煌三味蛇床方对肾虚不孕模型大鼠FSH、LH及E_2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨敦煌三味蛇床方对排卵障碍性不孕症卵巢、子宫形态和内分泌功能的影响。方法:采用雄激素致不孕大鼠模型(ASR模型),观察敦煌三味蛇床方对不孕模型大鼠卵巢、子宫形态结构的影响以及血清中FSH(促排卵素)、LH(黄体生成素)、E2(雌二醇)水平的影响。结果:敦煌三味蛇床方大、中剂量组模型大鼠卵巢色泽鲜红,卵泡数目增多,卵泡明显增大,表面见较多黄体,子宫外观粗大发紫;子宫内膜较厚,血管较丰富,间质疏松;同时,敦煌三味蛇床方大、中剂量组及阳性组大鼠血中FSH、LH、E2的水平高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:敦煌三味蛇床方可改善模型大鼠卵巢、子宫形态,增强垂体的内分泌功能,促进促性腺激素的合成和释放,从而促进卵泡的发育和卵巢的排卵。Objective：To expLore the Effects of Dunhuang Cnidium shamisen on anovuLa- tory infertiLity ovarian, uterine morphoLogy and endocrine function. ConcLusion： Cnidium shamisen Dunhuang rat modeL may improve the ovarian,uterine shape, and enhance endocrine pituitary function, and promote the synthesis and reLease of gonadotropin, thus contributing to ovarian foLLicLe deveLopment and ovuLation.
