摘　　要：针对目前高校IT类人才培养缺少对学生工程能力和职业素质训练的现状,探讨实践教学改革的必要性,阐述地方高等师范院校IT类应用型人才培养"一主四化"综合训练实践教学体系的构架与实施,说明目前取得的成绩、存在的不足并提出应对措施。The current status of lack of training talent on the engineering skills and professional quality in IT students, the paper discusses the necessity of reform of teaching practice, and constructs ＂A Major Line and Four Platform＂ integrated system for practical training, analyzes its basis of construction, connotation, features, discusses the exploration and the achievements of in practice, analyzes the difficulties and issues of exploration in the last.
