摘　　要：汶川地震不仅造成巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡,还造成大量城乡劳动者失业,灾区城乡统筹就业任务艰巨。从就业培训角度总结地震后已采取的就业培训措施,分析地震一年多后灾区城乡居民就业培训供求状况;提出进一步促进灾区城乡统筹稳定就业的培训策略。Wenchuan earthquake not only caused huge property damage and casualties, also caused a large number of unemployed urban and rural workers, balancing urban and rural employment hit a difficult task. From the perspective of job training, the job training measures are summarized, the supply and demand of urban and rural residents about employment training in the earthquake affected areas more than a year after the earthquake are analyzed, and finally urban and rural areas are hit further to promote stable employment training strategies.
