壳聚糖预富集水样中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的研究

摘　　要：以壳聚糖为富集物，研究对水样中痕量Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）的分离富集作用－当试液为ｐＨ３－１０时，壳聚糖对Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）的富集效率最高，机械振荡５ｍｉｎ即可达到富集平衡，用０－１０ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ洗脱，超声波振荡２ｍｉｎ达洗脱平衡，本法用于自来水中痕量Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）的测定，结果满意－Chitosan was utilized to preconcentrate ultratrace Cr(VI) from tap water. The results showed that the maximum extraction efficiency was 72% at pH 3.1. The preconcentration reached the highest recovery after 5 min of mechanical vibration. Eluted with 0.1 mol/L NaOH, the elution approached balance after agitated with ultrasonic wave for 2 min. It was concluded that this method is satisfying for the determination of ultratrace Cr(VI) in tap water samples.
