摘　　要：本文以职业素质培养与高职院学生创业教育的互动关系为基础，研究分析职业素质培养在高职院学生创业教育中的作用，以促进高职院校对学生的职业素质培养与学生创业教育共同发展。The article is based on the relationship between the professional quality training and the education of founding a business for the institute students.We did research on the effect of professional quality training which we introduced to the education of founding a business for the institute students.They help each other be promoted and develop together.
