妊高征全血光声谱的进一步研究

摘　　要：在文献［１］ 结果的基础上，进一步研究妊高征特异峰的峰度．结果表明：妊高征经剖宫术治疗后，特异峰消失．笔者还对１３ 例妊娠１４ ～２１ 周的孕妇进行早期诊断，有５ 例出现特异峰，其中３ 例发展为妊高征．Basing the results on reference[1], the author makes a further study on the kurtosis of specific peak. The results show that the specific peak disappears after PIH is treated by celiohysterotomy. In addition, the author also makes an early diagnosis for 13 cases of PIH pregnant women (whose gestational period are 14～21 weeks). Among them, 5 cases exhibit specific peak and 3 cases in the 5 cases develop into PIH finnally. All these indicate that the method has a potential applied value to the early diagnosis.
