摘　　要：建筑工程概预算在工程中起到至关重要的作用,它影响工程的成本、质量及进度控制。对于合理节约投资,增加招投标的透明度有着重要的作用,通过具体的实例计算,对建筑工程综合单价在实际中的应用进行一定的探讨。Construction budget estimate in the project played a vital role,which affects the project cost, quality and progress control. Saving for a reasonable investment and to increase the transparency of the bidding has an important role, through specific examples of this calculation to the construction budget estimate in practice the application of certain explored.
