摘 要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热利肺口服液中总绿原酸的含量。方法采用DiamonsiL^TMC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-体积分数0.4%H3PO4水溶液(体积比10∶90)为流动相,流速为1mL.min^-1,检测波长为327nm,柱温为30℃。结果绿原酸在质量浓度为16.28~81.4μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=5),样品平均回收率为100.31%,RSD为1.45%。结论本法简便、快速、准确,适用于小儿清热利肺口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of total chlorogenic acids in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei ioral solution. Methods The assay was performed on DiamonsiLTM C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonirile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (10:90) under a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results It showed good linearity in the range of 16.28-81.4 μg of chlorogenic acid (r=0.999 6,n=5).The average recovery was 100.31% (RSD=1.45%). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and can be used for the determination of total chlorogenic acids in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei oral solution.
