摘　　要：甲型病毒性肝炎是由甲型肝炎病毒引起的急性肠道传染病,呈全世界范围的分布,我国高发区,其发病为各型肝炎的首位。甲型肝炎的流行在我国不仅是一个重要的公共卫生问题,也是一个值得关注的社会问题,因此对其快速准确检测显得犹为重要。文中就近年来甲行肝炎病毒的检测方法研究进展作了综述。Type A viral hepatitis is an acute intestinal infectious disease which results from Hepatitis A virus （HAV） infection and is worldwidely prevalent .Its epidemic situation in China is especially serious, whose incidence is above all kinds of hepatitis. Its prevalence in China is not only an important public health issue, but also a social problem which deserves our attentions. So it is significant to test it fast and exactly. In this essay, I summarize the reseach development of the recent years＇ test methods of Hepatitia A virus （HAV）
