摘　　要：目的防止输入性疟疾在国内的传播,加强来自疫区归国人员的传染病监测和输入性疟疾的疫情处置。方法对从赤道几内亚回国劳务人员进行传染病监测发现的疟疾病例,进行流行病学调查及环境卫生处理,探讨输入性疟疾的处置方式。结果确证24例疟疾病例,判定为输入性疟疾。结论加强出入境检验检疫机构对出入境人员的健康咨询、归国人员传染病监测,快速处理疫情是防止输入性疟疾播散的关键。Objective： To strengthen the monitoring of infectious diseases among those coming from the epidemic area of infectious diseases and prevent further spreading of infectious diseases and imported malaria epidemic disposal. Methods Malaria cases were detected from workers returned from Equatorial Guinea and epidemiological survey and the disposal of imported malaria. Results There 24 malaria cases were confirmed. Thus all of the 24 malaria cases were imported cases. Conclusion The work of health education and monitoring of infectious diseases and Quick deal with the epidemic be performed among those coming back from regions prevalent with infectious diseases.
