摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性小腿骨折的治疗方法及交锁髓内钉治疗本病的优势。方法通过202例该病的手术治疗结果，评价该术式的可行性及较其他术式的优越性。结果本组全部病例均闭合复位内固定成功，手术时间最短为25分钟，最长为55分钟，平均40分钟。180例获得三个月以上的随访均获得骨性愈合。惠肢功能恢复满意。结论闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定是治疗小腿骨折具有创伤小，出血少，时间短，操作简便，负重早，内固定符合生物力学原理等优点。值得推广使用。objective To evaluate the Treatments of closed lower leg fractures and intramedullary nail in treatment of this disease advantage. treatments Methods 202 cases of treatment of the disease, to evaluate the surgical feasibility and advantages over other Results All patients were successful closed reduction and fixation, the shortest operation time was 25 minutes, up to 55 minutes, the mean time is 40 minutes. 180 cases were followed up for more than three months have received bone healing.
