复方大枣合剂对小鼠乳腺癌生长抑制作用的初步观察

摘　　要：观察复方大枣合剂（代号８８６甲）对可移植性小鼠乳腺癌（代号ＭＡ７３７）的生长抑制作用。方法：将ＭＡ７３７用小块法接种于近交系ＴＡ２小鼠腹股沟皮下，次日分别注射８８６甲、环磷酰胺、８８６甲＋环磷酰胺及生理盐水隔日一次，共给１０次，观察肿瘤抑制率和白细胞计数。结果：８８６甲对小鼠乳腺癌抑制率为５９．８９％，环磷酰胺为８４．７４％、８８６甲＋环磷酰胺为８８．７０％，８８６甲组白细胞未见明显下降。结论：８８６甲对小鼠乳腺癌有一定抑制作用，对机体无毒副作用。Objective: The inhibitory effects of the big jujubl mixture to the breast carcinoma of mice. Methods: The tissue of breast carcinoma of mice was transplanted into the inguinal subcuticle of inbreeding TA2 mice,the big jujubl mixture cyclophosphamidum and big jujubl mixture+ cyclophosphamidum were injected into the abdominal cavity from the second day after transplanting the breast carcinoma,and injected once every two days,in all ten times.The inhibitory rate of carcinoma and number of white blood cells were observed. Results: The inhibition rate of carcinoma in the groups of the big jujubl mixture cyclophosphamidum and big jujubl mixture+ cyclophosphamidum were 59.89%,84.74% and 88.70% respectively,the number of the white blood cells was not reduced obviously. Conclusion: The big jujubl mixture has the inhibitory effects on the breast carcinoma of mice and not toxinside effect to the whole body.
