湖北省城市居民社区健康教育服务认知与需求状况研究

摘　　要：目的了解湖北省城市社区居民对社区健康教育服务的认知与需求状况。方法自行设计问卷,对湖北省社区健康教育方面有代表性的3个城市随机选择120名居民进行访问式问卷调查,并进行6组居民小组访谈。结果 120名调查者中有80.0%知道所在社区有健康教育服务,有64.7%的人接受过健康教育服务。接受最多的健康教育活动形式是医护人员面对面咨询、街头宣传活动和宣传栏,最喜欢的形式是医护人员面对面咨询、健康知识讲座和街头宣传活动;接受最多的健康教育内容是传染病、慢性病防治及计划生育,最希望接受的是食品卫生与营养、传染病和慢性病防治。87.5%的居民认为健康教育有用或很有用。结论湖北省城市居民社区健康教育认知率较高,参与度有待提高;健康教育提供方需以居民需求为导向,调整其内容及形式。Objective To know the situation of awareness and need of community health education among city residents in Hubei Province.Methods 120 people were chosen in 3 cities and they were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaires,and 6 groups were interviewed.Results 80.0% of the residents knew there were health education in their communities,and 64.7% had attended activities.The most accepted forms of health education activities werre face to face consulting,propaganda on the street and propaganda column,and the most preferred forms were face to face consulting,and health knowledge lecture.The most contents of health education were accepted chronic and infectious disease prevention and family planning,and the most preferred contents were food hygiene nutrition,and chronic and infectious disease prevention.87.5% of them thought health education was useful.Conclusion The awareness rate among the residents to the community health education was relatively high,but the rate of participation needs to be improved.Health education provider needs to adjust form and content according to residents＇ reqairement.
