摘  要:目的了解武汉市商业服务人员甲型H1N1流感流行期间的认知及健康相关行为的改变情况。方法采用调查问卷的方式随机选择商业服务人员进行甲型H1N1流感相关问题与健康行为的调查。结果商业服务人员关注信息的渠道主要是电视(55.81%)、报纸(50.00%)和网络(27.42%),不同文化程度的人群在使用网络了解信息上有统计学差异(χ2=6.875,P=0.032)。甲型H1N1流感信息方面关注度居前3位的依次是预防方法(52.58%)、疫情进展(39.35%)和政府措施(32.26%)。调查人群对传播途径的知晓率为16.13%,典型症状的知晓率为28.39%,总体知晓率仅为9.03%。2009年5月前的心理行为主要是担忧(42.90%),5月以后40.65%的人表示无所谓,担忧的比例降低到35.48%,与5月份前比较,心理行为的改变有统计学差异(χ2=13.742,P=0.003)。采取预防措施的比例为90.32%,居前4位的预防措施依次是加强室内通风(46.43%)、增加洗手次数(45.71%)、体育锻炼(35.00%)和室内及手消毒(34.64%)。是否采取预防措施来防治甲型H1N1流感在性别上存在统计学差异(χ2=6.196,P=0.015)。128人(41.29%)愿意接种疫苗,117人(37.74%)表示无所谓,65人(20.97%)不愿意接种。结论商业服务人员对甲型H1N1流感的认知较差,需要加强这一类人群的健康教育。Objective To study the cognition and the health-related behavior alternation about influenza A/H1N1 among the servers for business during the influenza A/H1N1 epidemic in Wuhan.Methods The survey of influenza A/H1N1 was conducted among the servers for business who were randomly selected in Wuhan with the questionnaire related to influenza A/H1N1 and health behavior.Results The servers for business focused on the information of influenza A/H1N1 mainly by television(55.81%),newspapers(50.00%) and network(27.42%).There was a statistical difference among the different levels of education in the use of Internet to get the information about influenza A/H1N1(χ^2=6.875,P=0.032).In the information for influenza A/H1N1,most people(52.58%) focused on the prevention methods,followed by the epidemic progress(39.35%),and the measures taken by the government(32.26%).The results showed that the overall awareness rate of servers for business was only 9.03%.The awareness rate of transmission routes was 16.13%,and that of typical symptoms was 28.39%.The psychological behavior of people mainly was being worried(42.90%) before May 2009.But after May 2009,40.65% of people thought it did not matter.The ratio of being worried reduced to 35.48%.Compared with May before,there has a statistical difference in the psychological behaviore(χ^2=13.742,P=0.003).90.32% of people took some measures to prevent the influenza A/H1N1.The top four preventive measures were strengthening the indoor ventilation(46.43%),increasing the frequency of washing(45.71%),doing exercise(35.00%) and disinfecting indoor and hands(34.64%).Whether to take preventive measures to prevent the influenza A/H1N1,there was statistical differences between different genders.128 persons(41.29%) were willing to get vaccinated,117 persons(37.74%) had no opinion,and 65 persons(20.97%) did not want to get vaccinated.Conclusion The cognition about influenza A/H1N1 was rather poor in the servers for business.We need to
