摘　　要：目的应用Delphi法筛选热线服务利用评价指标。方法根据研究主题确定咨询专家人选,采用Delphi法进行问卷调查。结果专家均具有副高以上职称,工作年限最低9年,最长50年;两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威程度均为0.86;根据设定的重要性得分均数和变异系数标准筛选出符合要求的评价指标12项,分别评价热线服务利用的服务利用程度、服务量度、服务特征、社会经济学因素4个部分;经过两轮咨询后,专家协调系数为0.43,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论专家积极性高,权威程度、协调性较好,此次咨询筛选出的指标符合构建热线服务利用指标体系的需要。Objective To screen evaluation indexes of the health consultation hotline service utilization.Methods The Delphi method was used and 8 experts in health education and public health fields were invited to participate the consultation.Results All of them were above assistant professor academic rank and the working years in their own fields were more than 9 years and less than 50 years.Two rounds of consultation response rate were 100%,the means of the authority degree of two rounds both were 0.86.After two investigations,there were 12 indexes selected by using the standard of selection importance score means and variation coefficient to evaluate four parts of hotline utilization which were the utilizing rate to hotline service,level of service,characteristics of services,socioeconomic factors.The harmonious coefficients was 0.43 and had statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The enthusiasm,authority and harmony of experts are good,the screened indicators can be used in our evaluation of the hotline utilization.
