摘  要:目的探讨高胰岛素血症对血脂代谢的影响。方法 2006年对2713名教职工体检时查FIns、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、2hPG。抽取高胰岛素血症者100例,并随机抽取FIns正常者130例作为对照组进行对比分析及相关性分析。结果高胰岛素组的TG显著高于胰岛素正常组,HDL-C显著低于胰岛素正常组(P均<0.01),而TC、LDL-C两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在除外糖代谢异常者后,得到相同结果。相关性分析显示,FIns与TG呈显著正相关(r=0.213,P<0.01),与HDL-C呈显著负相关(r=-0.143,P<0.01)。结论高胰岛素血症可导致脂代谢异常,其与TG的相关性最明显。Objective To explore the effect of hyperinsulinemia on the lipid metabolism. Methods Health examination data of university staffs from Beijing Jiaotong University were selected for this study. 100 cases with hyperinsulinemia(HIS) and 130 cases with normal insulin level (NHIS) were selected as groups of HIS and NHIS. The data included Fins, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG, and 2hPG. Correlation analysis was performed using SPSS software. Results TG of the hyperinsulinemia group was significantly higher than the normal insulin level group (P〈0.01), and HDL-C significantly lower. TC and LDL-C of both groups showed no significant differences. Same results were obtained when the glucose abnormal examinees were deleted from the analysis. Correlation analysis showed that Fins was positively related to TG(r=0. 213, P〈0. 01), while negatively related with HDL-C (r=-0. 143, P〈0. 01). Conclusions Hyperinsulinemia may lead to lipid metabolic disorder and may most significantly relate to TG.
