摘　　要：人权法学是一门成长中的学问,是对现有法学学科的超越和整合。人权法学在坚持正当性论证的同时,应当把视角适度转为"形而下",通过提升社会和公众的人权观念,使人权法学获得稳定的社会基础。人权法学研究方法应当多元,注重价值分析方法、规范分析方法和实证分析方法的综合运用,善于借鉴其他学科的有益成果。人权法学具有综合性,应当注意拓宽学术交流的空间,建立一个较为稳定的学术共同体,形成研究团队的"可持续"。Human rights law is a growing subject that integrates the current disciplines of law. It transcends the contemporary legal study for its profound meaning and diversified research techniques. We should investigate the basic theories, the analyzing approaches and the research teams to promote its development. In addition to theoretical justification, it is essential for us to focus on the more practical parts, that is to upgrade the public conception of human rights to ensure a solid foundation for the study. Comprehensive research skills include value, norm and empirical analyzing techniques, in which special attention is paid to the latest achievements of other disciplines. What＇ s more, enhancing the academic interaction to establish a stable research community helps to maintain the sustainable development of the research.
