摘　　要：从脾的生理功能方面,阐述脾与血脉病的关系,脾的生理功能正常,则精微得以输送,水液能够输布:若脾的生理功能异常,则水津失布,形成痰瘀,导致血脉病。From the spleen of physiological functions described the relationship between the spleen and vascular disease, the normal physiological functions of the spleen, then refined to transportation, water, liquid fabric can be conveyor, if the abnormal physiological functions of the spleen, then the loss of humoral, the for- mation of phlegm and blood stasis, causing vascular disease.
