摘　　要：过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床多见,迁延难愈,属疑难症。本病病因病机复杂,瘀血阻络贯穿本病始终,更关键的是对肾的调摄直接影响本病的发展转归和预后。根据本病不同时期发病病机不同,拟定用药侧重不同,以指导临床实践。Henoch - sehonlein purpura nephritis clinical prevalent, persistent refractory, is a difficult disease.
