摘　　要：糖尿病性周围神经病(DN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一。其发生率可高达60%～90%,乃至100%。可呈对称性复发性神经病,单神经病或复发性单神经病,可累及感觉、运动和自主神经,多以感觉性症状为主。现从中医和西医两个方面对糖尿病性周围神经病的病因病机进行探讨,从而使中西医关于骨坏死病因病机的相关理论知识更加条理与完备。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DN） is the most common complication of diabetes, clinical quite common. The incidence may be as high as 60% to 90% , or even 100%. Recurrent neuropathy may be symmetric, single or recurrent neuropathy single neuropathy, can affect sensory, motor and autonomic nerves, sensory symptoms mostly dominated. In this paper, two aspects of chinese medicine and western medicine on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy explore the etiology and pathogenesis, so that chinese and western medicine on the etiology and pathogenesia of osteonecrosis of the relevant theoretical knowledge is more coherent and complete.
