中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病36例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。[方法]36例采用辨证与辨病相结合,按中医辨证分型的气阴亏虚型、脾肾气虚型、脉络瘀阻型三种不同症型分别论治。协同以益气养阴、活血化瘀为基本方的生脉散合桃红四物汤加减以达到扶正祛邪之目的,并给予西药降血糖、血压。3个月为1疗程。[结果]显效18例占50%,有效12例占33%,无效6例占17%,总有效率83%。[结论]中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病性肾病效果良好。[ Objection]To observe the clinical effect of early diabetic nephropathy combined chinese and western medicine. [ Methods ] 36 patients were according to the principle determination base on both syndrome differentiations and disease diagnosis, treated them in three syndromes ： the typing of deficiency of both Qi and yin, deficiency of spleen - qi and kidney Qi, the typing of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, combined with reinforcing Qi and noueishing yin, promoting blood circulation as the basic method, which named ＂ Shengmai- sanandTaohongsiwu decoction＂ to achieve the purpose of strengthening body and respelling evil. At the same time application of western medicine to lowe blood glucose and blood preesure. Three months is one course. [Results]Here werel8 cases had markedly 50% , 12 cases had effect 33% , 6 cases had invalid 17%. The o- verall response rate was 83%. [ Conclusions ] The treatment of TCM combined with Western medicine has markedly effects.
