摘　　要：运用保元汤临证治疗三则:冠心病,证属胸阳不振,气虚血瘀,心脉痹阻,治宜益气温阳,化瘀通痹。慢性腹泻,证属脾胃虚弱,治宜益气健脾和胃。末梢神经炎,证属气血阳气俱亏,瘀阻脉络,治宜温阳通脉。Clinical Treatment Bao Yuan decoction 3 cases：coronary heart disease indicate syndromes of hypofunction of YANG QI in chest, blood stagnancy due to deficiency of QI, blockage of the cardiac vessels, Expelling Yiqiwenyang, disperse blood stasis and dredge coUateral. Chronic diarrhea indicate syndromes of deficiency and weakness of the stomach, Expelling nourishing qi to invigorate spleen. Peripheral neuritis indicate syndromes of qi and blood yang qi Ju Kui, syndrome of static thread of thought, expelling Wenyangtongmai.
