益气活血通络法治疗冠心病心绞痛42例

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血通络法治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]选择心绞痛82例,随机分为两组,对照组常规给予硝酸盐剂、β-受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂;治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血通络中药(黄芪、丹参、川芎、三七、降香、红花等)。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效22例,无效2例;对照组显效11例,有效20例,无效9例。[结论]中药与西药常规配合能显著改善症状,减轻心绞痛发作频率和强度。[ Objective ] Qi and activating blood and collaterals treatment angina pectoris of clinical efficacy. [ Method] Selected 82 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, control group given routine doses of nitrate, β -receptor blockers, calcium antagonists ; Treatment group were given conventional treatment based on the use of chinese medicine nourish Qi and activating blood contact （ astragalus, red sage root, Chuan Xiong, notoginseng, dalbergia, safflower, etc. ）. [ Results ] Treatment group markedly effective 18 cases, effective 22 cases, ineffective 2 cases ; Control group markedly effective 11 cases, effective 20 cases, ineffective 9 cases. [ Conclusion ] Conventional Western medicine with traditional chinese medicine and can significantly improve symptoms, reduce the frequency and intensity of angina pectoris.
