参芪六味益化汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病30例

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟参芪六味益化汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]将50例随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均予饮食、运动疗法并常规服用降糖、降压药物。治疗组在此基础上加自拟参芪六味益化汤治疗。3个月后观察尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白变化。[结果]两组疗效比较,治疗前后对照有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟参芪六味益化汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效肯定。[ Objective ] To observe the self Shenqi Liuwei Yihua decoction combined western medicine treatment diabetic nephropathy of clinical efficacy. [ Method]50 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Two correspondingly diet, exercise therapy and conventional take antidiabetic and antihy-pertensive drugs. On this basis, the treatment group added benefit of self Shenqi Liuwei Yihua decoction. Observed after 3 months urinary protein, fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin. [Results]Therapeutie effect, before and after treatment were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The self Shenqi Liuwei Yihua decoction combined western medicine treatment diabetic nephropathy of produce a good curative effect.
