高校基建项目设计管理模式、机制困境及其优化途径探析

摘　　要：结合文献研究及对18所样本高校的实地调研,总结和分析我国当前高校基建项目的三种主要设计管理模式,从设计管理目标实现及设计管理主体配置两个层面探讨高校设计管理的特殊性及其机制困境。在此基础上,分别从高校建设标准及法规的完善和补充、标准化设计管理流程的建立和应用这两个维度阐释当前高校设计管理中的主要问题,并尝试提出针对性的优化策略和工作方法。Through consulting literature and field investigation in 18 universities,the paper summarizes three major design management modes of the current universities capital construction projects,and analyzes the particularity and mechanism difficulties of the universities design management from two aspects of objective realization and subject allocation.On this basis,it explains the main problems in design management from two directions,that is,perfection and complement of universities building standards and regulations,establishment and application of stan dardization design management flow.Finally it attempts to propose the optimization strategies and working methods.
