摘　　要：USB总线以快速、方便、易于安装和扩展等特点得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了单片机通过芯片CH375扩展USB接口的方法,包括硬件平台设计方案,U盘数据存储格式,以及软件设计思路。通过给单片机扩展USB接口,可以使单片机具有写U盘的功能,能方便地用于移动数据采集系统。Nowadays, USB bus is widely used in every field, because of its speed and facility in install and extend. This artide introduced a simple method used CH375 and MPU, the design of hardware, software and file system in flash disk are introduced too. By this method, MPU is given the ability of read and write flash disk, at last, this design can be used in mobile data acquisition system easily.
