摘　　要：指标赋权是项目评价工作中非常重要的一步,层次分析法是一种比较成熟的主观赋权方法。但是,在实际的项目评价工作中,无论是专家调研意见的获取,还是根据专家调研意见构造判断矩阵都是非常困难的。基于层次分析法,提出一种可以根据指标重要度排序直接赋权的方法,从而降低调研工作的难度,简化赋权工作的工作量与复杂度。最后,采用一个示例演示其用法。Weight assignment of index is an important step in project evaluation,Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） is a mature method of weight assignment But,whatever the acquirement of expert opinion or coeetruction of judgment matrix bassed on expert opinion,it is very difficult in the actual project evaluation.A method that weight direct aessignment baseed on AHPhas been introduced,according to the index importance sequence The difficulty of research work has been reduced;the wuklond and coplerity of weight assignment have been simplified.The method has been shown by an example in the end.
