摘  要:目的:观察慢性胃炎不同证候与凋亡调控基因蛋白Bax、Bcl-2和P53表达的相关性,探讨证候的形成机理。方法:对158例慢性胃炎患者辨证分型,采用免疫组化法测定胃黏膜Bax、Bcl-2、和P53的表达。结果:各证型Bcl-2表达的阳性面积和总光密度差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);各证型Bax表达阳性面积、P53平均光密度和总光密度相当,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);各证型P53阳性面积和总光密度差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),P53表达的平均光密度脾胃湿热型和胃阴不足型显著高于肝胃不和型(P<0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎各证候的形成与Bcl-2、P53表达的调控相关。Objective :To explore the mechanism of formation of syndrome by observing the correlation between the different syndromes of chronic gastritis and expression of Bax,Bcl-2 and P53 protein.Methods:The syndromes of158 cases of chronic gastritis were differentiated according to clinical symptoms,the expression of Bax,Bcl-2 and P53 protein in patients' gastric mucosa were determined by immunohistochemical method.Results:There was obvious difference between each syndrome of chronic gastritis on the positive area and total optical density of Bcl-2 expression,there was no obvious difference between each syndrome of chronic gastritis on the positive area,average optical density and the total optical density of Bax expression,there was no difference between each syndrome of chronic gastritis on the positive area and the total optical density of P53 expression,the average optical density of P53 expression in dampness-heat of spleen-stomach and deficiency of stomach-yin syndromes was significantly higher than that in the disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome.Conclusion:The formation of each syndrome of chronic gastritis is related to the expression of Bcl-2 and P53.
