摘  要:超声导波技术可以用于高速公路护栏立柱埋地深度的准确快速的检测。研究了自由立柱和部分埋地护栏立柱中低频纵向超声导波的传播特性,并选取了30-60 kHz的L(0,1)模态对自由立柱和部分埋地立柱进行了检测试验,试验结果表明低频纵向超声导波可以有效地测量出高速公路护栏立柱的埋地深度,检测的最大相对误差在5%以内,完全满足工程检测需要。Ultrasonic guided wave inspection can be used for the measurement of embedding depth of expressway guardrail posts quickly and accurately.In this paper,propagation of low frequency ultrasonic longitudinal guided waves in free and partly embedded guardrail posts is investigated and L(0,1) mode in the frequency range of 30~60 kHz is selected for inspecting the free and partly embedded guardrail posts.The experimental results show that low frequency ultrasonic longitudinal guided waves can achieve the measurement of embedded depth of expressway guardrail posts effectively.The maximal relative error is less than 5%.This method can meet the needs of engineering measurement.
