摘 要:以工业废碱和卤水为原料,在50℃下反应,850℃煅烧1 h,制备轻质氧化镁。保持总碱度不变,研究碳酸钠与氢氧化钠浓度比对氯离子洗涤及中间产物过滤性能的影响,并探讨了其对前驱物质量损失率以及对氧化镁产品纯度、表观密度、柠檬酸活性及粒径分布的影响。研究表明,在总碱度不变的情况下,碳酸钠与氢氧化钠的浓度比为1.5∶1时,氯离子较容易洗涤,中间产物过滤性能最好,前驱物质量损失率最低,所得氧化镁产品粒径较小且分布均匀,氧化镁纯度大于98%,表观密度较小,活性较好,含氯质量分数低于0.03%。With industrial waste alkali and brine as raw materials,light magnesia was prepared under the conditions of reaction temperature of 50 ℃,calcining temperature of 850 ℃,and calcination holding time of 1 h.With the constant total alkalinity,influences of concentration ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydroxide on chloride ion washing and on filtration of intermediate products were studied.Its influences on weight loss rate of precursors,MgO purity,apparent density,citric acid activity(CAA),and particle size distribution were also discussed.Research showed that,in the case of constant total alkalinity,when concentration ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydroxide was 1.5∶1,filtration of the intermediate products was the best,chloride ions were more easily to be washed and weight loss rate of precursors was the lowest;at the same time,the product of magnesia with a smaller particle size and uniform distribution was obtained,whose MgO purity was more than 98%;moreover,the product had a smaller apparent density and a better activity,and its chlorine mass fraction was less than 0.03%.
