摘  要:对赤泥中有价金属镓的回收是赤泥综合利用途径之一。为了建立一种对赤泥中镓的准确、快速、灵敏的分析方法,在对丁基罗丹明B萃取光度法测定镓的条件进行系统研究后,得到了最佳测定条件。在最佳测定条件下,绘制了线性关系良好的校正曲线,r=0.999 5,ε=2.0×10^5L/(mol.cm),线性范围为0.1-0.7μg/mL,并对赤泥中三氧化二镓进行了测定,RSD=2.14%(n=4),加标回收率在97.66%-102.43%。结果表明,丁基罗丹明B萃取光度法测定赤泥中三氧化二镓具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏的优点,可应用到生产实际。To recover valuable metals in red mud is a way of comprehensive utilization of red mud.In order to establish an accurate,rapid,and sensitive analysis method for gallium in red mud,the conditions for determination of gallium by extraction-photometric method with butylrhodamine B were researched systematically and the optimal determination conditions were obtained.Under the optimal conditions,a calibration curve was plotted with good linear relationship [(r=0.999 5,ε=2.0×105 L/(mol·cm)],and linear range was at 0.1~0.7 μg/mL.The method had been applied to the determination of gallium trioxide in red mud,whose RSD(n=4) was 2.14% and standard sample recovery rate was at 97.66%~102.43%.Results showed the method was simple,rapid,accurate,and sensitive,and could be applied to practical production.
