摘　　要：目的通过对阿维菌素生产企业的现场调查及现场检测,了解其生产环境现状及作业人员的暴露情况,为相关职业卫生问题的研究积累资料和提供依据。方法样品采集使用安装有玻璃纤维滤膜的空气采样器,以2L/min速率在可能存在阿维菌素的岗位采集样品,利用高效液相色谱仪进行实验室检测。结果不同岗位共采集样品17份,样品浓度范围在13.35～373.53μg/m3之间,烘干包装、菌丝干燥作业场所空气中浓度较高。结论现有生产条件下,作业环境中有一定浓度的阿维菌素存在,目前在未完全明确阿维菌素对人体的危害及危害剂量前提下,作业工人应该注意个人防护。Objective To understand the avermectine production environment and the occupational exposure of workers and provide evidence for the occupational health research.Methods The air samples were collected in 2 L/min by using air sampler with glass-fiber filter in work sites where avermectine was suspected to be in air.Results A total of 17 samples were collected in several work sites.The avermectine concentration in air ranged from 13.35 to 373.53ug/m3.The avermectine concentrations in air were high in the work sites for package and hypha drying.Conclusion Avermectine in air could be detected in the production environment at present,the workers should take protection measure because of the undetermined harm to human health and unknown related harmful concentration.
