摘　　要：采用基于国家传染病报告系统的数据和网络上公开的测绘数据,测试将锁眼标记语言(KML,keyhole Mark-upLanguage)应用于预防医学实践和研究的可行性。数据经清理后,利用地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)的空间模型,采用KML工具和语法表达制作空间数据的专题图,并利用GoogleEarth展现。结果表明,KML能够直观地表达传染病例空间分布信息,文件短小,易于共享、展示;在预防医学实践和研究中是有效、实用的工具。Based on the survey data published on websites and disease case data collected from the national communicable disease reporting system,the feasibility of using Keyhole Markup Language （KML） in the practice and study of preventive medicine was explored. After data cleaning and data space modeling,the thematic maps of space distribution of communicable disease were created by KML tools or were edited based on the KML＇s grammar and were showed in Google Earth platform. The result indicated that the KML can describe the space distribution of communicable disease clearly in vision,which is small in file size and easy to share and show. KML is an effective and utilitarian tool in the practice and study of preventive medicine.
