摘 要:为了优质、高效和低成本地加工群孔,提出采用模板电解加工技术来加工微小群孔。基于电化学阳极溶解理论,利用有限元分析方法对模板电解加工成形规律进行研究,建立了反映加工过程的数学模型,并考虑非线性电解液的影响,对其进行数值求解和实验验证,实验表明,模拟结果与实际加工形貌相符。以某微小群孔结构的电解加工为研究对象,讨论了模板上小孔直径、模板厚度、孔间距和电压对加工精度的影响,同时为了进一步提高加工效率和减小锥度,采用了双面模板电解加工方法。模板电解加工技术具有重要的使用价值和应用前景。In order to machine multiple holes with top quality,optimum efficiency and low cost,electrochemical machining by using mask was put forward to machine multiple holes.The shaping law and the experimental research of the electrochemical machining were investigated.Passivating electrolyte was taken into account.A mathematical model was presented to illustrate how the machined profile evolves as time elapses.Its numerical analysis and the experimental results show the actual machining process accords well with calculated ones.The impacts of voltage,mask thickness,diameter and distribution of multiple holes in the mask on the machining accuracy were discussed in electrochemical machining process of certain multiple holes.The double-faced machining was introduced to achieve high machining efficiency and reduce hole taper.The technology possesses important use values and application prospect.
