摘　　要：目的:制备咳喘固本微丸,改善口感,服用方便。方法:采用切线喷雾制丸方法制备微丸,通过含量测定,确立微丸最佳制备工艺。结果:采用切线喷雾制丸,其含量检测指标符合规定。结论:切线喷雾制丸、包衣具有所需辅料量少、自动化程度高、符合要求等特点,非常适合传统复方中药制剂微丸的规模化生产。Objective：To Prepare Kechuanguben Pellets to improve the taste,easy to take.Methods：Using tangential spray to prepare of Kechuanguben Pellets,Through the determination method to establish the best pellets preparation process.Results：by tangential spray preparation,content comfirmed to standard.Conclusion： The pellets with high automation,good reproducibility,quality,stability and taste good.
