摘　　要：吸毒与艾滋病传播具有非常密切的联系。2008年我国禁毒法的颁布施行,确立了社区戒毒和社区康复这一崭新的戒毒模式。在社区戒毒和社区康复中推行艾滋病防治工作具有重要意义。广州市在近年来逐渐形成了一套较为成熟的社区戒毒工作中的防艾机制。要完善该机制,可以从广泛推进反歧视运动和改善对吸毒和艾滋病人群的关怀和支持等方面入手。Drug abuse is closely related to HIV transmission.Anti-drug Law has been put into enforcement from 2008,which establishes a new drug abstaining model of community drug addiction rehabilitation and community-based rehabilitation.It is very important to implement AIDS prevention in community drug addiction rehabilitation and community-based rehabilitation.AIDS prevention system in community drug addiction rehabilitation has been developed in Guangzhou in recent years.To improve this system,it must promote anti-discrimination and improve care and support on drug abstainers and AIDS.
